The Norwegian government has removed its mandatory quarantine requirement for travelers who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Points:

  • As of Jan. 26, individuals who are not fully vaccinated traveling to Norway are no longer required to undergo a 10-day quarantine. Such individuals must now:
    • Complete entry registration.
    • Have proof of a negative PCR or antigen test taken within 24 hours of arrival.
    • Take a COVID-19 test within 24 hours after arrival

Additional Information: Before Jan. 26, individuals who were traveling from a high-risk area and unable to prove that they were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 were required to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
