Yufan Peng

Yufan is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B1 and PERM, as well as immigrant visa petitions (national interest waiver, EB-1C and PERM-based I-140) and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Yufan worked as an immigration in-house counsel for an international company, focusing on all aspects of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Additionally, Yufan worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Kansas City, Missouri, assisting with family-based and employment-based cases.
