Vy Harris

Vy is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office where she focuses on focus on nonimmigrant visa matters including H-1B, L, TN, E, J, O and F. In addition, her knowledge and experience in employment-based green card process allows her to advocate, strategize and help our clients manage their immigration program. Vy also manages a legal team to ensure we provide our clients with excellent services.

Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Vy worked for a boutique employment-based immigration firm in Houston, TX as Managing Attorney for the NIV department. In this role she managed multiple accounts and several legal teams, responded to complex requests for evidence, and provided legal strategies to companies and foreign nationals.
