Vy Harris

Vy is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, where she focuses on nonimmigrant visa matters including H-1B, L, TN, E, J, O and F. In addition, her knowledge and experience in the employment-based green card process allows her to advocate, strategize and help clients run their immigration programs. Vy also manages a legal team to ensure BAL provides clients with excellent services.

Prior to joining BAL, Vy worked for a boutique employment-based immigration firm in Houston as a managing attorney for the nonimmigrant visa department. In this role, she oversaw multiple accounts and several legal teams, responded to complex requests for evidence and provided legal strategies to companies and foreign nationals.
