Stephen Parker

Stephen is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, where he focuses on PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status (AOS). He has experience handling all aspects of the business immigration process, primarily for technology companies.

Stephen is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has presented on business-immigration panels at state and national AILA seminars and conferences. He has also served on various AILA business immigration-related committees. He is passionate about service to community, having completed Leadership Richardson Class XXXVIII and pro bono service at citizenship clinics and outreach. When not in the office, he enjoys singing tenor with the Dallas Symphony Chorus.
