Shelly Song

Shelly Song is a Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office of BAL, working on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for corporate clients as well as individuals. Over her career, she has advised companies of all sizes in a variety of industries on immigration matters, including developing immigration guidelines, preparing visa petitions and ensuring compliance with I-9 and developments in immigration law.

Shelly has over 13 years of experience in immigration law. Her experience includes providing immigration support for multinational corporations, small and medium sized companies and individuals/entrepreneurs in various industries such as finance and banking, technology, engineering, marketing, entertainment, arts and sports). Shelly is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been recognized by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for three consecutive years. She has also been named to Super Lawyer’s list of Rising Stars.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and hanging out with her dog.
