Shane Andrews

Shane is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, where he manages a team of experienced immigration paralegals. With over 10 years of experience practicing U.S. corporate immigration law, he represents corporate clients of all sizes in all aspects of corporate immigration matters, as well as individuals seeking family-based immigration advice and representation. His expertise includes U.S. temporary work visas, permanent residency (green cards) and naturalization. Shane also advises on corporate restructuring impacts, including mergers, acquisitions and reductions in force.

During law school, Shane was a judicial extern with the U.S. Department of Justice Dallas Immigration Court, working on complex immigration cases for the court.
