Pawan Oad

Pawan Oad is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. Originally from Vancouver, he understands the importance of the immigration process for an individual and takes immense pride in doing work that allows him to change people’s lives for the better. Pawan works on a wide-range of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, and related matters. Pawan has experience with H-1B, TN, L-1, I-140, AOS, and PERM labor certifications. He is also well versed in responding to complex matters involving Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny.

During law school, Pawan clerked for various law firms, gaining experience that spanned areas from immigration law to tax law. Afterwards, PRIOR to joining BAL, Pawan worked for a civil litigation firm in Cincinnati. Pawan speaks four languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, and Sindhi.
