Paulina Morelos

Paulina Morelos is a Senior Immigration Manager in BAL’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on corporate global immigration matters for multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including engineering, energy, construction, oil and gas, and information technology. She manages Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa regions as well as U.S. document and passport services within BAL’s global practice. Paulina advises clients on obtaining appropriate visas, work permits and resident permits for their international workforce. She also guides clients by tailoring and coordinating strategic global practices and developing immigration strategies to ensure compliance.

Paulina has been with BAL since 2005 and has 19 years of immigration experience. Prior to BAL, Paulina worked as an immigration paralegal at various law firms, gaining extensive U.S. and global immigration experience, including global case processing and immigration compliance as well as client and team management across multiple countries.
