Mingyue Zheng

Mingyue is an Associate in BAL’s Boston office, where she advises corporate clients in the high tech and finance industries with a wide range of U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Her expertise is to guide clients through the PERM labor certification process.

As a first-generation immigrant, Mingyue understands the difficulties that foreign nationals face when residing in the U.S. and is passionate about helping them navigate the complex nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.

Prior to joining BAL, Mingyue was an attorney/program manager in a large business immigration group. She also previously served as an in-house immigration specialist in multinational information technology services and consulting companies. Mingyue is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
