Michelle Lassander

Michelle is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s New York office, specializing in all aspects of employment-based immigration. With extensive experience handling both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, she provides expertise across a wide range of visa categories, including EB-1, EB-2, O-1 and H-1B. Michelle reviews and prepares visa petitions, as well as responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and strategic support to clients, helping them successfully navigate the complexities of the immigration process.
