Michael Dubitzky is a Senior Associate in the New York office of BAL. Michael advises clients in various industries on the development and execution of mobility strategies for their global workforce. He counsels clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, with a particular emphasis on immigration solutions for executives, managers and professionals of multinational companies and organizations. Michael strategizes and reviews employment-based NIV visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, STEM, E-2, E-3, O-1, J-1 and B-1 cases and related matters. He develops and supervises the implementation of family and employment-based permanent residence strategies, including PERM labor certifications, National Interest Waivers and related I-140 petitions and Adjustment of Status applications. He counsels clients on Form I-9 compliance and informs clients of existing, upcoming and potential immigration matters and legal developments. Prior to joining BAL, Michael was an attorney at a large multi-practice law firm in New York where he provided counsel to corporate clients of all sizes on employment-based visa matters. At Georgetown University Law Center, Michael garnered a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. He was selected for the 2022-2023 Super Lawyers Rising Stars designation.
