Melissa Boggs

Melissa is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She provides strategic and legal counsel to corporate clients and their employees on all aspects of business immigration law. She provides assistance in non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions to facilitate initial employment, transfers between employers and permanent residency in the U.S. 

Prior to joining BAL, Melissa worked for a boutique immigration law firm in West Texas assisting clients in all facets of immigration law, including employment-based and family-based immigration law matters. She represented employers of all sizes in a diverse range of industries, including technology, health care, education, construction and agriculture. Melissa also assisted clients in non-immigrant and immigrant matters through processes in the U.S. and in consulates abroad.
