Matthew Dillinger

Matt is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Austin office. He manages immigration programs for a diverse group of clients, offering complex legal review and guidance. Matt has a passion for creating opportunities for improving immigration program policy and technology, as well as developing best practices for legal teams and clients. He also strongly values simplicity and personal connection in all aspects of his work. He has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including healthcare and veterinary medicine, fintech, consulting and academia, among others.

In addition to his work with BAL, Matt is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where he has served on numerous local and national committees and spoken at conferences. When he is not practicing law, Matt enjoys running, yoga, backpacking and cooking for family and friends. He also has a passion for music and plays guitar with other local musicians.
