Mashall is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, where she advises clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Mashall has demonstrated knowledge of various nonimmigrant visa categories, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, J-1s, F-1s, H-1B1s, and E-3s. On the immigrant visa side, Mashall has experience with both employment and family-based applications for permanent residency, including National Interest Waivers, PERM, I-140s, and Adjustment of Status applications. Mashall also has significant expertise in crafting responses to complex government challenges and appeals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of State. Outside of her experience at BAL, Mashall also clerked for a global corporate immigration law firm, where she advised Fortune 100 clients. During law school, Mashall served as a judicial intern for the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review.
