Mary is an Associate in the Atlanta office of BAL, working with corporate clients to secure U.S. work authorization and permanent residence on behalf of their foreign national employees. Mary guides clients through all aspects of corporate immigration matters, with a particular focus on the PERM labor certification process. She has focused exclusively on business immigration law throughout her career.  

Starting as a paralegal before attending law school, Mary has nearly a decade of experience in business immigration law. During law school, she worked with the University of Georgia's Health Law Partnership Clinic (HeLP Clinic), where she assisted with VAWA and U visa cases, as well as SNAP benefits and other administrative law matters. She has worked with clients of various sizes in a range of industries. Mary focuses primarily on helping large clients to develop streamlined and effective immigration policies. 

Mary is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a committee member of its Online Course Review. She is also a member of the Our Song Atlanta community choir.
