Mark is a Senior Associate in the Santa Clara office of BAL, where he leads teams focused on immigrant visa processes leading to green cards, such as PERM labor certifications, EB-1, I-140, I-130, and adjustments of status. He has experience with all areas of business immigration, including both immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based processes. Over his career, Mark has advised organizations of all sizes on issues related to immigration program management and compliance.
