Lisa Tashiro

Lisa is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She advises clients on a wide array of employment-based immigration matters by leveraging her extensive experience in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.

Prior to joining BAL, Lisa worked at a boutique immigration law firm advising a range of clients, from multinational corporations and startups to artists, researchers and investors. She has worked with the International Human Rights Clinic at the Leitner Center for International Law & Justice and volunteered with several nonprofit organizations, providing assistance to special immigrant juveniles and domestic violence survivors.

Lisa is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Attorneys Serving the Community and Dallas Japanese Association. She is also an associate leader with the U.S.-Japan Council and a mentor for the nonprofit Japanese Career Women.
