Kyle Klaudt

A Senior Associate in our Dallas office, Kyle is an important architect of BAL’s best practices and effective training resources. As a member of the Practice Management: Best Practices Group, Kyle is adept at developing creative solutions to challenges facing companies and creating resources that improve processes, increasing the efficiencies of both clients and the firm.

He is a member of one of the largest legal teams at BAL. He helped create a standard operating model for the team that streamlines the day-to-day casework. These legal strategies and process optimizations not only save clients significant expense, but also save our attorney’s critical time.

For example, Kyle created a system to automate responses to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ requests for evidence for certain case types, saving his team more than 6,000 hours of preparation time in responding to the USCIS’s more than 2,000 requests. This allows his team to focus on client service and legal strategy versus administrative work. Additionally, the legal strategy frameworks that Kyle designed have drastically decreased USCIS’s requests for evidence of visa applications for our clients and increased approval rates year over year.

Kyle is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He has been listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
