Kristine is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Kristine served as the legal program director at Mosaic Family Services, overseeing immigration and family law services and representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She currently serves on the board for the Dallas Asian American Bar Association as the immediate past president. Kristine has worked as a fellow at a constitutional law organization challenging discriminatory immigration policies in federal court, where she co-authored a Sixth Circuit brief that was subsequently accepted for oral argument.
