Keith Jensen

Keith is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He has a broad range of experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based law, advising both corporate clients and their employees. Keith offers counsel on visa petitions as well as the permanent residency process, with a focus on developing and executing strategic solutions to complex immigration challenges spanning program management, policy development and compliance.

Prior to joining BAL, Keith worked for an immigration law firm in Atlanta, where he assisted employers and employees with nonimmigrant visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, I-9 compliance and administrative proceedings, and citizenship matters. He has spoken to professional audiences on immigration topics, and he was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in immigration law for 2024 and 2025.
