Katie Curington

Katie is an Associate in BAL's Austin office. She focuses her practice assisting foreign national employees in all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, but specifically with EB-1, O-1 and EB-2 NIW matters. She is also responsible for conducting immigration related assessments for BAL’s clients, including pre-hire assessments, assessments for EB-1A/B/C, job change or worksite change assessments and assessments for international transfers.

She also works on immigrant visa related projects, including PERM, PERM-based I-140 and non-PERM based I-140, Employment Based Adjustment of Status, Family Based Adjustment of Status, EAD/AP renewals and responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFE).

Katie was a competitive swimmer in college and has visited four of the seven continents (so far).
