Jonathan's expertise primarily encompasses non-US immigration, serving businesses across diverse sectors.

Prior to joining BAL, Jonathan worked as a manager for an immigration law firm, supervising legal teams across dozens of countries overseeing thousands of immigration cases per year. Additionally, he has worked extensively on immigration compliance with companies, and has managed the immigration aspects of a vast number of mergers and acquisitions, including a $67 billion acquisition. Jonathan is a respected speaker at notable forums, addressing topics like the impact of Brexit, remote work, immigration compliance.
