Jessica is a Partner in BAL’s Dallas office. She manages immigration programs for some of the world’s leading companies, demonstrating stellar legal talent, people skills and judgment. Jessica works with an array of clients, from universities to religious organizations to public and private companies. She is adept at overcoming bureaucratic hurdles to global mobility, enabling companies to recruit and retain the best talent in the world. She distinguished herself at BAL by designing and implementing a global tech company’s temporary work visa program, developing processes for addressing immigration consequences for its employees during a period of rapid growth. Jessica also helped clients navigate travel bans during the pandemic, consistently securing national interest exceptions for senior executives and employees to travel to the United States for critical COVID-19 relief efforts. Jessica possesses a special ability to connect with clients using empathy and humor. She champions many causes close to her heart, including women’s issues, marriage equality and scientific discovery. She supports organizations including the Human Rights Campaign, Genesis Women’s Shelter and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Jessica is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2022.
