Jesse Ingram

Jesse serves as BAL’s chief financial officer and is based in the Dallas office. He oversees all financial activities to ensure the firm has the teams, tools and resources in place to achieve its mission and make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Throughout his career, Jesse has built and led teams through financial, technological and operational transformations across industries. He draws energy from helping people and organizations reach their full potential and, in turn, have a positive impact on their families, communities and workplaces.

He is excited to be a part of BAL and its effort to Power Human Achievement from around the world to solve the problems of today and tomorrow.

In his free time, Jesse and his wife, Blythe, enjoy cheering on their three kids and their sports teams. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, cycling and reading.
