Jennifer McGill

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL. She has worked extensively with scientists, researchers and professionals in biotechnology, pharmaceutical firms, engineering companies and academic research institutions on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options.

Prior to her arrival at BAL in 2021, Jenn spent more than seven years at a boutique immigration firm in Boston, where her caseload included both employment-based and family-based filings. She is passionate about pro bono service to the immigrant community in Boston and regularly volunteers with the Rian Immigrant Center (formerly known as the Irish International Immigrant Center) for its legal clinics. Jenn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Jenn enjoys her relaxing commute to the Boston office on the MBTA ferry and loves living near the beach in Hull with her husband (an MBTA mechanic), son and the family’s Great Dane mix, Captain Nemo.
