Jennifer McGill

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL. She has worked extensively with scientists, researchers and professionals in biotechnology, pharmaceutical firms, engineering companies, and academic research institutions on non-immigrant and immigrant visa options. Prior to her arrival at BAL in 2021, Jennifer spent more than seven years at a boutique immigration firm in Boston where her caseload included both employment-based and family-based filings. She is passionate about pro bono service to the immigrant community in Boston and regularly volunteers with the Rian Center (formerly known as the Irish International Immigrant Center) for its legal clinics. Her admissions include the Supreme Judicial Court, Massachusetts, and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Jennifer is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
