Jennifer Burk

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in BAL’s San Francisco office. She advises and represents multinational corporate clients on U.S. business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1, among others. Her foreign language skills, including native Spanish, serve her well as she counsels companies and their foreign national employees.

Prior to joining BAL, Jennifer worked for boutique immigration firms in San Francisco and Houston on a wide range of immigrant, nonimmigrant, humanitarian and removal defense matters. Jennifer has volunteered as an attorney for La Raza Centro Legal immigration clinics and San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative’s naturalization workshops. She has served on the Advisory Council for the Northern California chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Jennifer has been recognized multiple times as one of Super Lawyers Northern California Rising Stars.
