Javier Marcus

Javier is a Senior Director in BAL’s Dallas office. He leads the design and implementation of innovative solutions for the firm and its clients to optimize processes, enhance performance and foster a culture of entrepreneurship in the legal industry. Prior to BAL, Javier worked in consulting and advisory services for more than a decade, focusing on public sector, commercial and international development clients across a range of operations and strategic functions. He is passionate about helping organizations transform their business operations and adopt digital forward capabilities. Javier’s lived experiences drew him to the immigration sector. He’s worked on cross-border talent strategies at a Big Four firm, spent time abroad early in his career and witnessed the nuances of family-based immigration in the U.S. firsthand. He loves to help people and is driven to bring purpose and meaning to their lives.
