“My early experiences taught me the value of our immigration system, but more importantly, the incredible value that immigrants bring to our communities and our lives. I have had the privilege of working with many incredibly talented and brave individuals, and hope to continue to do so for the rest of my career.”

Erin is a Senior Associate in the Tysons office of BAL. She corresponds with clients and individual employees during the intake process, addressing any concerns or issues requiring unique solutions, develops case strategies and oversees their implementation. She also trains and retrains teams of Immigration Assistants and Paralegals while maintaining accuracy and quality in a high-volume environment. Erin represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of business immigration law, while communicating directly with clients, assessing their needs, and developing individualized and complex solutions.

As an avid reader, Erin will often get through two or three novels each week (always fiction). She also loves movies, both old and new, and can usually take top prize in movie trivia, all while practicing her cooking skills.
