David is a Senior Associate and head of BAL’s Denver office, where he advises clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.  

David has expertise representing a wide range of corporate clients with complex immigration matters, including multinational corporations, national laboratories, and educational and healthcare institutions. His concentrations include H-2, H-3, H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, TN, L-1, O-1, P-1 and PERM, and he is adept at National Interest Waiver, Multinational Manager and Outstanding Researcher petitions. During law school, David interned at the Loyola Immigration and Employment Law clinics and published scholarship on global immigration as a member of the Loyola Maritime Journal. He holds certifications in international law and social justice in conjunction with his JD, and is versatile in Spanish. David is admitted to practice in two federal jurisdictions and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He volunteers regularly with the Denver Children’s Foundation.
