Danielle is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on a wide range of employment-based corporate immigration matters for both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including intracompany transfers and extraordinary ability or achievement visas. Danielle’s experience also encompasses permanent residency matters for multinational managers and executives as well as outstanding researchers. Her role also involves successfully answering requests for evidence. Prior to joining BAL, Danielle received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law. She was a student attorney and guardian ad litem for the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, representing abused and neglected children in Dallas County. Additionally, she was a legal intern for the Family Violence Division of the Dallas District Attorney’s Office.
