Chiwon “Ash” Chang

Ash is an Associate in the New York office of BAL, where she advises multinational clients on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and U.S. immigration-related compliance matters.

She has experience representing multinational companies and individual clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including L-1s, H-1Bs, E-2s, J-1s, O-1s, NIWs, 212(d)(3), I-601A waivers, cancelation of removal and VAWA. She has also counseled individual clients in family immigration cases. Ash is fluent in Korean and is a fitness enthusiast who trains with a champion triathlete. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
