TEST

Brittany is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of BAL. She works on a broad spectrum of immigration matters relating to employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Her current work concentrates on labor certification, immigration visas (including EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-1C) and adjustment of status for both family-based and employment-based immigration. In addition, Brittany focuses on responding to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, appeals and motions to reopen and reconsider.

Prior to starting with BAL, Brittany clerked with another well-established corporate immigration firm, where she focused on permanent residence petitions for outstanding researchers and scientists, executives, multinational managers and other foreign nationals of extraordinary ability.

When Brittany’s not in the office, you can find her exploring local foodie spots and coffee shops in the Bay Area or out hiking in the East Bay hills with her dog, Nessie. She is an avid reader and volunteers with independent authors, providing beta editor reads and reviews. She also enjoys cultivating her garden, sharing homemade goods and crafting.
