Ashley Tseung

“My family inspired me to do immigration work. They worked hard to build a better life for me and my siblings in the U.S., and my goal is to help as many people as I can through the immigration process so they can achieve their dreams.”

Ashley is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She has experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based law and advises corporate clients in the tech industry on their immigration programs. As a leader, Ashley provides her expertise on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters to clients and drives updates and programmatic changes based on trends from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State and the Department of Labor. She also identifies policy improvements for the immigration team.

Ashley participates in continued training for attorneys on nuanced employment-based immigration concepts. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
