“Learning and speaking Spanish led me to travel during and after my college years. It is through language that I began my interest in immigration law, and I’m passionate about introducing small businesses to BAL, showing them how amazing it is to work with our team.”

Ashley Foret Dees is a Partner at BAL, based in the Houston office. Her expertise lies in overseeing the H-2A Agricultural and H-2B temporary visa programs, crucial for businesses of all sizes across the United States. With over a decade of experience, her clients hold her in high regard as a trusted ally and solution-oriented professional.
