Anthony Skeen

Anthony is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He represents clients in all aspects of business immigration law, including PERM labor certifications, L-1, H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-3, EB-1, national interest waivers, PERM-based I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

Anthony’s experience encompasses both family-based and employment-based immigration law matters, including naturalization, inadmissibility waiver applications, immigrant petitions, H-2A, H-2B, E-2, U, and R visas. He has also assisted clients with removal defense, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) site inspections, and USCIS interviews. His favorite time of the year is Halloween.
