Anne Kwak

Anne is an Associate in the Atlanta office of BAL, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has experience in employment-based immigration and family-based and removal-defense matters. She thoroughly enjoys tackling complex legal issues and providing creative solutions.

Prior to joining BAL, Anne served large, multinational clients in sponsoring highly qualified, skilled employees for H-1B, L-1 and other NIV visas, as well as in the PERM and IV processes. She also worked for a nonprofit organization, providing legal representation to clients in Georgia in their removal proceedings, seeking to empower them and collaborating to vindicate their civil and human rights.

Anne enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two boys and two dogs and finds balance through regular Pilates practice.
