Andrea Pope

Andrea is the director of practice operations at BAL’s Dallas office, heading up the firmwide practice support and administrative services departments.

In her role, Andrea is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity, implementing state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, promoting professional development, improving communications and knowledge management capabilities, and providing general business support.

Andrea began her career at BAL more than 17 years ago as a paralegal and has risen steadily through the managerial ranks.
