Insights to prepare your company for anticipated H-1B changes in 2024.
In October 2023, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proposed significant changes to the H-1B program. The proposal included changes to the H-1B registration process, lottery and underlying eligibility requirements. In January 2024, the agency finalized an overhaul of the H-1B selection process that will be in place for the FY2025 cap season. Other portions of the October H-1B proposal will be finalized at a later date.
