The Slovak government approved legislative changes related to the use of electronic services for foreign nationals in various situations.

Additional Information: The government also updated the policy for applications involving verified invitations. A simple confirmation of a bank balance will now be accepted as opposed to the previous requirement for a bank account statement.
BAL Analysis: The government is making legislative changes to facilitate faster and easier communication. The goal of the new law is to expedite administrative procedures related to residence, streamline registration of EU citizens’ residence and simplify submission of electronic applications for residence permits or foreigner passports.
