Linh is a Senior Practice Manager with the global immigration team at BAL, bringing over 17 years of experience in global immigration and program management. Her extensive knowledge and expertise from her roles as a consular services manager and immigration manager have led her to her current position, where she oversees BAL’s global department practice operations. This role includes developing protocols and policies to ensure efficient workflows, managing information and resources and overseeing client account project management to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, Linh handles the department’s people operations and is responsible for recruiting, staff training and data analytics, playing a crucial role in business development and client relations. Linh began her global mobility career in Japan, specializing in Japanese immigration and global relocation. Upon returning to the United States, she joined BAL and transitioned into global business visa travel, focusing on Asia and Europe. She then expanded her expertise to other regions of the world and immigration services, including apostilles and work authorization processes. She has assisted clients from various industries to navigate the complexities of global immigration and international business travel, ensuring compliance with government regulations while providing a seamless client experience.
