Allison Terry

Allison Terry is an Associate in the Tyson's Corner office of BAL, focusing on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has extensive experience in the filing of nonimmigrant visa petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs and F-1s. Allison also has experience in the filing of PERMs, EB-1 multinational immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications for large and small corporate and individual clients.

Prior to joining BAL, Allison worked for a boutique immigration firm in Baltimore, focusing her practice on the filing of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for clients in the technology sector. She also has been involved in pro bono asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status filings.
