Beth is a Senior Associate in the Atlanta office of BAL, working on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has experience in H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, PERMs, EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications. Beth leads NIV processes, holds PERM strategy calls and acts as project manager for large-scale client projects as needed, such as H-1B cap, India to U.S. inbound projects and EB-2/EB-3 preference category changes. Throughout her career, Beth has focused exclusively on the practice of U.S. immigration law, representing multiple Fortune Global 500 top companies. Beth began her immigration career as a paralegal, assisting with drafting immigration applications for clients. She has volunteered her assistance with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and U visa applicants, providing pro bono assistance to clients with diverse immigration needs. Additionally, Beth was involved with the Black Lung Clinic at Washington & Lee University. Beth is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves as a speaker at various AILA conferences. She also speaks at Immigration Law Section presentations for the State Bar of Georgia and has been recognized by Best Lawyers.
