Elizabeth is an Associate in the Atlanta office of BAL. She handles all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and the PERM process. Elizabeth works collaboratively with internal and client teams to provide first-class service to clients and their foreign national employees. She is adept at balancing a high case volume with deliberate and thoughtful advice designed to meet client and foreign national needs and business goals.

Prior to joining BAL, Elizabeth served large, multinational clients in sponsoring highly qualified, skilled employees for H-1B, L-1 and other NIV visas, as well as in the PERM and IV processes. Elizabeth began her career at a boutique immigration law firm representing small and medium-sized companies, families and individuals before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Elizabeth has been involved in pro bono work in the Atlanta area aiding survivors of domestic violence and persecution. She spends her free time with her family, including her husband, two boys and their labrador retriever.
