We’re seeking exceptional people for both our legal and operational teams.

Legal teams:
Attorneys, Immigration Managers: Our immigration attorneys and immigration managers work closely with our immigration professionals to handle clients’ casework. They gain a deeper understanding of immigration laws and processes, develop their managerial skills and build lasting relationships with clients. We are particularly looking for those with direct experience in global immigration. As with every position at BAL, we also place a high value on a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and to work in a team-oriented culture.

Operational teams:
Paralegals, Immigration Advisors, Consular Services Advisors: These professionals are integral members of our collaborative teams and contribute to every phase of case preparation: gathering, analyzing, researching, organizing information and preparing legal documents.
