Karlie Dunsky

Karlie is a remote Associate for BAL’s Dallas office, acting as a central point of contact for legal subject matter expertise and providing daily consultations to managers, employees and HR business partners. Karlie also provides escalation support, manages escalation response, and develops, enhances and communicates program policies based on U.S. regulations and agency adjudicatory trends. In her role, she supports clients’ immigration program management on policy matters, facilitates ongoing casework and provides ready and available legal consultation.

Prior to joining BAL, Karlie utilized her employment-based immigration expertise with a midsize labor law firm in Chicago. She counseled clients on sponsorship and work authorization compliance in the technology, finance, education, research and development, arts and social services domains.
