Chris is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, where he specializes in U.S. business immigration matters. With a focus on risk mitigation, policy interpretation and seamless employee mobility, he represents corporate clients before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State. In his practice, Chris works with corporate clients of varying sizes in a variety of industries. He enjoys assisting clients with emerging programs as well as those well established. He also advises clients on immigration issues arising out of union labor disputes, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate restructuring. Prior to joining BAL, Chris practiced in the Boston office of a global immigration law firm. He is actively involved in the American Immigration Lawyers Association as an advocate for global mobility and business immigration, serving as a member of several committees in recent years and presenting on trending topics. Chris cherishes spending time with his wife, kids, two dogs, traveling to Switzerland and Austria to visit family and watching Italian soccer.
