Lauren Randle

Lauren is a Senior Associate in our Houston office. She leads client accounts and offers programmatic support to corporate clients in shaping their immigration policies for an effective and agile program. Practices across several areas of business immigration law, including both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa classifications and PERM Labor Certification.

Lauren counsels multinational corporate clients and represents both companies and individuals before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State. Prior to joining BAL, Lauren worked as an Associate for a Houston-based, full-service immigration firm with a focus on employment-based immigration. She and her family are avid sailors.
