Jason Chancellor

Jason Chancellor is Chief Information Officer for BAL. He spearheads digital transformation at BAL, and is responsible for increasing accuracy and enhancing client experience through automation, machine learning and robotic process automation.

Jason’s professional experience includes implementing technology-driven business change, building high-performing IT organizations and leveraging technology for KPI/ROI measurements and management.

Prior to joining BAL, he helped clients in diverse industries, including airline travel, commercial real estate, direct-to-consumer services and retail. He joined BAL from a major security company, where he served as Chief Information Officer.
