Jessica Faulkner

Jessica “Jessy” Faulkner is an Associate in the Austin office of BAL. With more than five years of business immigration experience, Jessy assists companies and their employees with nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1 and PERM.

Living in a multicultural family, Jessy understands firsthand the complexities and concerns surrounding the immigration process for all involved. As such, Jessy not only focuses on corporate clients’ objectives, but also provides strategies for employees and their families.

Jessy volunteers her time with a local nonprofit that brings children to the U.S. for complex surgical care that is unavailable in their home countries.
