Guillermo is a Senior Associate specializing in corporate immigration in our Dallas office. With a focus on business visas, PERM certifications, and immigration strategy alignment, “Memo” manages complex cases from initiation to resolution. His role extends beyond casework, as he mentors junior lawyers, collaborates with internal teams, and helps BAL stay abreast of immigration law changes.

Memo’s desire to practice immigration law was inspired by his work as a student attorney at the St. Mary’s Law School Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where he successfully represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. His passion for the law is matched only by his passionate support for the San Antonio Spurs.
